Common questions

Everything you need to know before booking. If your question isn't here, reach out on WhatsApp.

What is an Ayurvedic diet consultation?

It is a one-to-one session in which Pargat uses principles from Ayurveda and Naturopathy to understand how your body type, digestion, and lifestyle interact with the food you eat. You leave with a personalised written plan based on your body — not a generic chart.

How is this different from seeing a regular dietitian?

A conventional dietitian focuses primarily on calorie and nutrient targets. Pargat looks at your Prakriti (body constitution), your digestion patterns, your energy cycles, and your daily routine — then builds guidance around the food you already eat rather than replacing it entirely.

Do I need to know anything about Ayurveda beforehand?

Not at all. Pargat explains every concept in plain language during the consultation. You do not need to know your dosha or have any prior knowledge — the assessment and consultation are designed to start from scratch.

What is the free body type assessment?

It is a short questionnaire (about 3 minutes) that covers your body frame, skin, energy patterns, digestion, and wellness goals. Pargat reads it before your call so the consultation can begin immediately on what matters to you rather than on basics.

How long does the consultation last?

The consultation is 30 to 45 minutes, conducted over a video call. After the call, Pargat sends you a personalised written diet plan and lifestyle guidance — usually within 24 hours.

How do I pay?

Payment is confirmed via WhatsApp before the session. Pargat accepts UPI, bank transfer, and other common Indian payment methods. The individual consultation is ₹500 and the family wellness plan is ₹1,500.

Can I consult alongside my existing medical treatment?

Yes — and Pargat actively encourages this. Ayurvedic nutrition guidance works best as a complement to the care your doctor is already providing. Pargat works with your medical team, not instead of them. Always keep your doctor informed of any dietary changes.

What if I have a diagnosed medical condition?

Pargat can provide lifestyle and nutrition guidance that supports your overall wellbeing alongside your medical care. He does not diagnose, treat, or manage any condition, and does not prescribe medicines. His focus is on helping you understand how food, routine, and body type interact.

Is the consultation online or in-person?

All consultations are conducted online via video call. This means you can consult from anywhere in India (or internationally) without needing to travel.

Are follow-up sessions available?

Yes. After your initial consultation, Pargat is available for follow-up questions via WhatsApp as part of the plan. Structured follow-up sessions can be arranged — contact Pargat via WhatsApp to discuss what you need.

What languages does Pargat consult in?

Pargat consults in Hindi, Punjabi, and English. If you are more comfortable in one language over another, let him know at the start of the session.

What happens after the consultation?

You receive a personalised written diet plan and daily routine guide, usually within 24 hours of the session. The plan is built around the food you already cook at home — practical, not theoretical.
