Individual Consultation — ₹500

You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation time. Cancellations within 24 hours are considered on a case-by-case basis at Pargat's discretion, particularly if a genuine emergency is involved.

Once a consultation has taken place and your personalised plan has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable as the service has been fully rendered.

Family Wellness Plan — ₹1500

The family plan follows the same cancellation terms as the individual plan. If the plan has been partially used (some family members have had their consultation), only the unused portion may be considered for a refund.

Technical Issues

If your consultation cannot proceed due to a technical failure on our end (connectivity, platform issue), you will be offered either a full reschedule at no additional cost or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, contact Pargat via WhatsApp or email as early as possible, with your name and the scheduled session time. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
