1. About the Service

Dietitian Guru is a wellness and lifestyle consultation service operated by Pargat Brar. The service provides Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle guidance as a complementary wellness tool. It is not a medical service and does not replace professional medical care. Please read the Medical Disclaimer before using this service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book a consultation independently. Consultations for minors may be arranged with a parent or guardian present and with their explicit consent.

3. What Is Included

The individual consultation (₹500) includes:

• — Review of your body type assessment before the call
• — One 30–45 minute video consultation
• — Personalised written diet plan delivered after the call
• — Daily routine and lifestyle guidance
• — Ayurvedic body type (Prakriti) analysis
• — Post-call clarification support via WhatsApp

4. Payment

Payment is confirmed before the consultation via UPI, bank transfer, or another agreed method. The consultation will not be scheduled until payment is received. Pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR) and is inclusive of all applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session may not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. To cancel or reschedule, contact Pargat via WhatsApp as early as possible.

6. Your Responsibilities

• — Provide accurate and honest information in your assessment
• — Inform Pargat of any diagnosed medical conditions or medications before the session
• — Consult your doctor before making significant dietary changes
• — Attend the session at the agreed time, with a working internet connection

7. Limitation of Liability

Dietitian Guru and Pargat Brar are not liable for any adverse outcomes arising from dietary or lifestyle changes made based on consultation guidance. The service is provided in good faith as wellness and lifestyle support only.

8. Intellectual Property

The personalised diet plan and guidance provided are for your personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without the express written permission of Pargat Brar.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
