— Body type and lifestyle responses (from the assessment)
— WhatsApp number and preferred contact time
— Health goals you choose to share
— Email address (if you contact us by email)

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are handled directly between you and Pargat via UPI or bank transfer — no card data passes through this website.

How We Use Your Information

— To conduct your consultation and prepare your personalised plan
— To confirm appointment times via WhatsApp
— To send you your written diet plan and follow-up notes
— To respond to your questions and queries

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or profiling. We do not sell your data to any third party.

WhatsApp and Communication

Consultations are coordinated via WhatsApp. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms. Messages sent through WhatsApp are subject to Meta's own privacy policy. We recommend you review it at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Data Retention

We retain consultation notes and your personalised plan for up to 2 years to support any follow-up sessions. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at care@dietitianguru.com.
